Conference Registrations
Full Registration (including Conference Dinner)
Earlybird (CLOSED)
Standard (closes 25th of June) - $815
Late (from 26th of June) - $915
Full delegate registration fees include:
- All conference sessions Monday 12 July to Wednesday 14 July,
- Morning and afternoon teas and lunches,
- Conference bag with programme and other promotional material inside,
- The Conference Dinner Tuesday 13th of July
Basic Registration (no Conference Dinner)
Earlybird (CLOSED)
Standard (closes 25th of June) - $695
Late (from 26th of June) - $795
Same as Full Registration but without Conference Dinner.
Tickets for the Conference Dinner can be purchased for an additional fee of $120.
Workshop Registrations
Masterclass Workshop (Sunday 11th of July)
Delegate cost - $240
Non-delegate cost - $320
1/2 Day Workshops (Wednesday 14th of July)
Delegate cost - $90
Non-delegate cost - $140
Workshop registrations cover attendance at each selected workshop.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is included in the full day Masterclass and half-day workshops include afternoon tea.
Cancellations and other information
Registration Cancellations
If a cancellation is received by phone, email or fax by June 25 2010, your conference fee will be refunded less 25% administration. After June 25 2010, no refunds can be given. Substitutions may be made at any time up until the conference.
Workshop Cancellations

If workshops fail to meet the minimum numbers and have to be cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund.
Insurance
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Disabled Facilities
If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the secretariat by indicating on your registration form.
Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
Liability
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
