        • Attendance at one - two workshop/s held during main conference sessions.

        • Delegate - $395
        • Non-delegate - $550
        Fees include:
          • Attendance at one Masterclass session, Sunday 23 June
          • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

           

          Registration Cancellations & Other Information

          Masterclass, Workshop & Registration Cancellations

          If a cancellation is received by phone, email or fax by May 2 2013, your Conference/ Workshop/Masterclass fee will be refunded less 25% administration fee. After May 2 2013, no refunds can be given. Substitutions may be made at any time up until the conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference/ Workshop/Masterclass.

          If workshops fail to meet the minimum numbers and have to be cancelled, registrants will be refunded in full.

          Insurance

          Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

          Confirmation of Registration

          Confirmation of your registration and tax invoices and receipts will be sent to you by email.

          Payments

          All payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the conference you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to guarantee payment.

          All payments must be received in Australian dollars. A GST invoice will be provided to you once payment has been made.

          Disabled Facilities

          If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the secretariat by indicating on your registration form.

          Disclaimer

          In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

          Liability

          The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
